TASTING NOTES
The nose is pleasant, with clear hints of wild strawberry and rose, delicate hints of citrus, grapefruit and cedar, followed by sensations of wild flowers and raspberry.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Perfect as Aperitivo in both Summer and Winter, it also pairs wonderfully with summer salads, pasta or risotto dishes, leek and courgette flower omelette, fish soups, seafood and sushi.
